THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

Dr. Dudeck begins with a comprehensive assessment to develop a clear understanding of each client’s concerns and treatment goals. Her approach is evidence-based and primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), integrated with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based strategies.

Dr. Dudeck’s warm, compassionate, and collaborative style helps create a comfortable and supportive therapeutic relationship. She works with clients to better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in their daily lives.

Treatment is individualized and goal-oriented, with an emphasis on concrete skills, psychological flexibility, and helping clients respond more effectively to anxiety, worry, stress, and uncertainty. Dr. Dudeck also helps clients clarify their values and goals so they can move toward lives that feel meaningful and aligned with what matters most to them. A sense of humour is often part of the process as well.
